What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during mid shift.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental compliance.
Train and guide team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Serve as backup to the dredge operator as needed.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment and perform inspections.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
