**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sand and gravel plant during mid shift.
+ Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
+ Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental compliance.
+ Train and guide team members to meet production goals efficiently.
+ Serve as backup to the dredge operator as needed.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a production environment.
+ Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment.
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
+ Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
+ Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment and perform inspections.
+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
