**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate haul trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently within the plant.
+ Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
+ Communicate with plant personnel to coordinate material movement.
+ Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
+ Assist with general plant duties as needed to support production.

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
+ Must be able to climb in and out of haul trucks and other heavy machinery.
+ Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment safely.
+ Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including dust, mud, and uneven terrain.
