**Overview**
The Middleweight Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the
coordination and optimization of agency resources across creative, content, social
media, brand, and production teams. This role supports the Senior Operations
Coordinator by handling day-to-day resource scheduling and ensuring effective
utilization of personnel to meet project demands. The Middleweight Operations
Coordinator facilitates communication among team leaders to promote operational
efficiency and effective project delivery.
**Responsibilities**
Resource Coordination:
• Support the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure efficient utilization
across all agency projects and teams.
• Assist in tracking resource availability and allocation, providing updates to the
Senior Resource Manager.
• Work closely with team leaders to understand project requirements and align
resources accordingly.
Operational Support:
• Aid in the implementation of resource management processes and workflows.• Facilitate smooth communication and logistical coordination between account
management, creative, brand, social media, and production teams.
• Address immediate resource needs by working closely with the resource
coordination team.
Process Assistance:
• Contribute to the evaluation of resource management processes and suggest
improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Support the Senior Resource Manager in process documentation and workflow
refinement.
Technology and Tools Utilization:
• Utilize resource scheduling and project management tools to assist in resource
planning.
• Provide support to team members in the effective use of technology and
resource management tools.
Team Dynamics and Development:
• Promote a collaborative and high-performing environment within the resource
management team.
• Assist in mentoring junior resource coordinators and contribute to team
development efforts.
Reporting and Communication:
• Assist in preparing resource utilization reports, highlighting key insights and
metrics.
• Communicate resource-related updates and challenges to the Senior Resource
Manager and team leaders.
**Qualifications**
• Experience in resource management or project coordination within a creative or
advertising agency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple
priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with project management and resource allocation tools (e.g., Chase,
Roar, Altair).
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret resource data and support decision-
making.
• Proactive and adaptable, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment.
