The Boeing Test & Evaluation organization is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Operator to join our team in Seattle, WA.  Primary responsibility will be to conduct initial and follow-on production flights and customer demonstration flights on newly manufactured 737 airplanes in Seattle.  Successful candidates can expect travel and flights domestically and internationally in support of the production system as well as post-production activity via CFR 91 & 125.

This role will require travel 25% of the time.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs systems checks on the ground and in-flight for production acceptance

Supports flights to include: functional test flights, Customer Demonstration flights, Production acceptance flights, etc.

Researches and confirms airplane configuration and status

Prepares and maintains aircraft flight test procedures

Demonstrates to the customer that aircraft meets production standards prior to delivery

Performs duties as a flight crew member

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with aviation or aviation related activities

Current FAA Class II medical certificate or the ability to obtain one

1+ years of experience in aircraft systems integration and operations

Capable of travel 25% of the time

Ability to work variable shifts including day, evening, nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Previous flight engineer or systems operator experience

1+ years of Aircrew experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

AMT Airframe and Power plant license

FAA Commercial Pilot license

FAA or military Flight Engineer

Flight Test Experience

Boeing commercial airplane experience

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3):  $120,700 – $163,300
