The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level System Design & Integration Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Aurora, CO; or El Segundo, CA.

This position will lead the application integration efforts on large merger projects to align the acquired company’s systems and processes into Boeing's application footprint. The System Design & Integration Specialist will expect partnerships with internal and external teammates to solve business process improvement opportunities between multiple application architectures.

The successful candidate will partner with Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) partners to build enterprise solutions that enable business today and set the path for Digital Transformation projects.

This position will require strong technical acumen and collaboration skills to prioritize the efforts, define and measure technical quality, and drive business process improvement. This position requires a strong self-starter with technical experience and collaboration skills to work across multiple application teams to deliver Information Technology (IT) solutions for business teams eager for process efficiencies.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead business process system integration between Boeing and target entity IT organization 

Create strong partnership with IDT&S teams to build cross network systems integrations 

Work with project focal from each EBS capability area to outline, prioritize, and later integrate business processes across distinct application landscapes 

Collaborate closely with Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Product teams to define, build, test, and implement integrations 

Collaborate on funding, staffing, and prioritization of project integration needs 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with application-to-application business process integrations 

3+ years of experience working with partners across projects, business teams, product teams, and technical enablers to implement business process changes effectively 

3+ years of experience with technical administration skills to standardize approach and effectively document process changes for supportability 

3+ years of experience working across multiple IT teammates from Boeing, target entity, and multiple sourcing partner teams 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience as a self-starter who can move through bureaucracy to enable execution and build credibility

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102,000 - $147,200
