Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Department Administration Coordination) to support our B-52 CERP Propulsion IPTTeam based in Everett, WA.

This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic rage of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Staff Analyst with The Boeing Company.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex productsActs as the primary staffing demand planning focal for the B-52 CERP Propulsion teamProvides daily administrative support to IPT leader, senior managers, and first line managersDevelop chart material and provide meeting support for 3x per week IPT performance meetingsManages agendas, keeps minutes, records action items and follow upsSupports IPT with recognition event infrastructure (employee of the quarter, morale events, etc.)Manages server access request and general maintenanceManages conference rooms owned by IPTManages IPT distribution listsActs as security and building focal for the B-52 footprintSupports IPT by managing/ordering suppliesAbility to adapt to business needs/conditions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2+ year's experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $79,050 - $106,950
