We are building a new Site Reliability Engineering team at Mexico City as part of our Configuration Management group within Legal Technology Infrastructure and Operations. This team will support application infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD tooling across multiple Thomson Reuters products. Key technologies include AWS cloud services, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Services, monitoring tools, and more.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Mid Level Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
System Reliability and Performance:Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain system performance and reliability through proactive measures and incident response.
Automation and CI/CD:Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Azure DevOps.
Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaboration:Partner with application development teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to meet standards and certifications.
Incident Management:Respond to and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and impact on users.
conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.
Documentation:Document system architecture, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog).Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong collaboration and communication skills.#LI-FZ1
