Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager. Summary: Our Business Unit is looking for a member to join their team in Juno Beach, FL. This position is primarily responsible for daily project coordination of internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and activities (Early Stage) up to the point for utility scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects within the Engineering Business Unit. Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and activities (Early Stage) through to the stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit * Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules * Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development * Develop and optimize the project's technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility * Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements * Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement needs to support the development of financial models and project designs * Actively seek out and leverage market data to ensure the financial model is robust * Present financial models to respective business units and manage them through executive budget approvals * Competitively source, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts for critical services, including geotechnical, survey, and engineering * Represent E&C's interests on assigned projects and engage in various software applications to support activities, manage critical data, and report on key indicators
