The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our team located in New York.

The selected individual preferred living in the New York state to support regional supplier assignments on the East region team. The primary focus will entail supplier engagement with regional area suppliers, to drive improved quality and delivery performance.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectationsDevelops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategiesAnalyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunitiesDevelops mitigation plansIdentifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activitiesProvides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

7+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills3+ year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective actionAble and willing to travel domestically (up to 50-75% of the time) and international as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $88,400 - $119,400

Level 4: $102,850 – $139,150
