Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Major Incident Management Consultant to join our dynamic team in Shelton, CT or Miami, FL. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle critical outages and triage incidents, often requiring off-hours and on-call support. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in incident management and major calls, who have been in a similar role for a few years. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and resolve major incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations * Perform triage and root cause analysis for critical outages * Provide timely and clear communication to stakeholders during incidents * Collaborate with team members to drive efficiencies and improve incident management processes Team Dynamics: * Spend approximately one-third of work hours on job duties; The remaining time is dedicated to driving efficiencies * Irregular hours, often coming in late, leaving early, but remaining engaged during nighttime incidents
