Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Mid-Level Java Developer to join their team. Summary: This team is 95% backend heavy with very strong, resilient and high availability microservices. They are currently using Java17, Spring Boot, Micronaut, Cassandra database and hosted in GCP. This person will be tasked with the rebuilding of building new services from scratch and migrating off of PCF (70 microservices to migrate). This team is heavy on PCF and they plan to fully migrate to GCP. Ideally, we are looking for a strong backend Java developer who has GCP (Kubernetes, docker, GitHub actions, pub sub, spanner) knowledge and can hit the ground running.
