Job Title: Assembler – Contract to Hire | San Antonio, TX
Overview
Join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team as anAssemblerin San Antonio, TX. We’re looking for a detail-driven professional with at least1 year of hands-on assembly experienceto contribute to high-quality production processes. This is acontract-to-hireopportunity with long-term potential and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools in accordance with detailed work instructions and specifications.
+ Wire, fit, and connect parts using appropriate equipment and techniques.
+ Monitor equipment performance and support production equipment implementation and facility upkeep.
+ Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
+ Identify and report unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions to the Production Group Lead.
+ Assemble light fixtures with precision for a variety of clients.
Required Qualifications
+ Minimum of1 year of assembly experiencein a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Skilled in using hand tools such ascalipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints or detailed work instructions.
+ Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Willingness to worksecond shiftas needed.
+ Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs for up to 10 hours per shift.

Work Environment
+ Climate-controlled industrial facility with approximately 10 workstations.
+ Collaborative team setup with 3–4 members per line.
+ Medium-sized warehouse with open shipping/receiving areas.
+ Dress code: plain black t-shirt (provided), jeans (blue, khaki, or black), and tennis shoes.
+ Standing required for the duration of the shift.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
