Key Responsibilities + Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools in accordance with detailed work instructions and specifications. + Wire, fit, and connect parts using appropriate equipment and techniques. + Monitor equipment performance and support production equipment implementation and facility upkeep. + Conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. + Identify and report unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions to the Production Group Lead. + Assemble light fixtures with precision for a variety of clients. Required Qualifications + Minimum of1 year of assembly experiencein a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Skilled in using hand tools such ascalipers and micrometers. + Ability to read and follow blueprints or detailed work instructions. + Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). + High School Diploma or GED. + Willingness to worksecond shiftas needed. + Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs for up to 10 hours per shift.
