We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Service Desk Engineer to provide advanced technical support for endpoint systems and Microsoft 365 services in a hybrid IT environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (Voice and Chat), and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Daily responsibilities will include managing and deploying devices using Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD), while ensuring security and compliance across the environment. Experience with PowerShell or Power Automate is required to assist with automation and process improvements. You’ll support both Windows and macOS environments, using JAMF for Apple device management, and handle basic networking issues as needed. This hybrid position also requires learning key Service Desk functions—including HL7, PACS systems—and contributing to automation and special projects involving Logic Apps, Intune, and more. Familiarity with tools such as Jira (critical), JumpCloud, NinjaOne, and Microsoft Intune is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both end-user support and backend systems, managing licenses, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external teams.
