This position will be involved in developing/engineering solutions across the current and future security portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience: platform management for security tools, with a strong preference for Microsoft Purview.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or Information Systems. proven hands-on experience with IT Security DLP products Microsoft Azure certifications such as: AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400 Microsoft Purview certifications such as: SC-401 Microsoft Cybersecurity Architecture Expert SC-100 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and interdependencies in the Azure environment 2+ years of experience developing end-end using APIs and/or scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, YAML, JSON, NodeJS, etc. 1+ years leading projects and implementations.

Technical Skills:
Understanding, with hands-on experience, of IT Security technologies, including but not limited to Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Security Posture Management (SSPM), Email Security Gateways, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions, Endpoint Protection, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platforms. Strong technical background (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. Hands-on experience solving complex security technical challenges. Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms and their security implications. Experience engineering reusable tools and self-service capabilities with automated infrastructure operations. Proven experience in engineering solutions that improve the developer or user experience and productivity. Hands-on experience setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge of secure coding practices. Robust knowledge of system design principles including reliability, availability, and scalability. Understanding of industry-standard security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience setting up and utilizing logging and monitoring services to ensure operational health and security visibility. Proven ability to implement and prove out Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) with speed, vision, and quality. Strong consulting and analytical skills and a risk management mindset.Other Skills:

Manage all Platform Engineering aspects of the organization's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data governance platforms, ensuring the appropriate technologies and methodologies are applied when translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions for data protection, data governance, and compliance. Collaborate internally and across the organization to drive the adoption and optimization of data protection and compliance technologies. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data governance, eDiscovery, and related cloud security services. Extensively collaborate with technical and business-facing stakeholders to engineer DLP and data governance solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive significant business value in data management and compliance. Implement and monitor data protection and compliance standards using the chosen DLP platform across development, testing, and production environments. Design solutions and processes to monitor, test, and strategically deploy updates and new features within the DLP and data governance ecosystem. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within DLP operations and data governance processes, implementing solutions end-to-end. Utilize modern tools, technology, and frameworks to enhance the business experience related to data management and compliance. Participate in the development of a healthy product backlog for DLP and data governance initiatives, ensuring agile practices are followed. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate existing DLP deployments and related data governance technologies. Support the strategic vision for new data governance infrastructure and systems by providing input on roadmaps/value maps in partnership with business stakeholders, aligning with the overall corporate data strategy and DLP technology roadmap. Support organizational-wide Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and strategy as they pertain to data governance and the DLP platform's role in ensuring data availability and compliance during potential events. Support 24x7 data protection and compliance operations as needed, particularly in relation to DLP incidents and alerts.
