As the Microsoft Power Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiatives by leveraging the capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, analysts, and consultants to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Project Management: Take responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering Power Platform projects in alignment with business goals and timelines.
Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and data analysis.
Integration with IT Systems: Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
Training and Support: Develop training programs and provide support for end-users and the team to ensure effective utilization of Power Platform tools.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance policies for the use of Power Platform within the organization, ensuring compliance with data security and legal regulations.
Strategic Development: Actively monitor new features and best practices in Power Platform, and develop a strategic plan for its growth and implementation within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a technology management role, with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven experience in developing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and integration with Microsoft Azure and other services.
Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert-level knowledge of Power Platform components, architecture and best practices.
Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, at minimum PL-400, ideally Solution Architect (PL-600).
Experience with data modeling, security and connectors.
Understanding of related technologies (e.g. SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Functions) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolsets for solution deployment.

Salary: From 4000 EUR/gross/monthly (For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.)

Location: ideally Bratislava and surroundings, hybrid cooperation, Office/Home Office during the week.
