Analyst (Tunis)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a technically strong, English-speaking Analyst to join our growing team in Tunis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting enterprise environments, either within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a large, centralized IT team. This role involves both ticket triage during early shifts and hands-on resolution of technical issues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and process incoming support tickets during early shift hours Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Active Directory
Microsoft 365
Azure Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Escalate complex issues appropriately Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles

 

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English 2+ years’ experience in a technical support role within an MSP or enterprise IT environment Hands-on experience with: AD management including DC promotion and DNS management M365 user administration and licensing Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Device management via Intune Strong customer service and communication skills Working ITIL knowledge.
