The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and integration, with hands-on experience in C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure services. You will be responsible for designing secure and scalable CRM solutions, implementing custom business logic, and integrating with third-party systems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design and implement robust security models and out-of-the-box configurations in Dynamics 365. + Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, JavaScript, and Forms. + Perform CRM administration and manage environment configurations. + Utilize C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS CRM SDK for custom development. + Design and develop SSRS/SSIS packages and SQL Server components. + Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs (REST, OData), KingswaySoft, and Azure services (Functions, Service Bus). + Develop and deploy PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows. + Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms. + Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver optimal solutions. + Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend best-fit solutions. + Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance. **Required Skills & Experience:** + Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration. + Proficient in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, and CRM SDK. + Experience with SSRS/SSIS and SQL Server development. + Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft, REST/OData APIs, and Azure integration. + Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). + Experience with DevOps tools and pipeline setup for CRM deployments. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Nice to Have:** + Experience with Power Apps Portals. + Unified Service Desk (USD) customization and deployment experience. + Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations across environments. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
