We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Practice Lead to spearhead our ERP and CRM practice across the UK and EU region. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about digital transformation, Microsoft technologies, and building high-performance teams.
You will define strategy, lead delivery excellence, collaborate with Microsoft and clients, and manage a growing team of experts to deliver world-class Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to shape GTM offerings. Lead pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Develop and nurture strong partnerships with Microsoft field teams and strategic partners. Champion consultative selling and innovative solutioning. Define and execute the vision for Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM across the region. Ensure delivery excellence across projects in F&SCM, CRM, and Power Platform. Build reusable frameworks, delivery accelerators, and best practices. Oversee resource planning, quality assurance, and project governance. Own the regional P&L and drive revenue, margin, and operational efficiency. Work closely with Sales and Alliances to forecast growth and build pipeline. Identify levers for scalability and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio. Act as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts. Guide digital transformation programs with a strategic mindset. Ensure client success through executive alignment and outcome-focused delivery. Build, mentor, and lead a team of consultants, architects, and delivery leads. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and learning. Define skill frameworks and support team certification and career growth. Represent UST at industry forums, webinars, and client events. Create thought leadership content—whitepapers, blogs, and strategic insights. Stay ahead of Microsoft product evolution and market trends.
What You Bring:
12–18 years in IT with 9+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platform. Proven experience leading large-scale ERP and CRM implementations. Deep functional and technical knowledge across Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Project Ops, Power Platform). Successful track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing P&L and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Strong UK/EU market experience and excellent communication skills.

Role Proficiency:
Provide leadership at a geographic or vertical level for the Practice both from Business and Technology perspectives. This will include managing the entire team for a specific geography or vertical; providing technical and/or business consultative leadership during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle for large CRM/ERP implementations. rnLead and manage Service Delivery across multiple business functions and projects; encompassing design development maintenance and support of digital and traditional projects operating on agile and waterfall models. Strong understanding of clients’ businesses and UST’s capabilities in CRM/ERP to facilitate planning delivery and growth strategy.

Own end-to-end delivery in a Service Delivery Model for a specific geography or vertical.
