Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead to lead the development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves hands-on technical development, team leadership, and collaboration with solution architects to deliver scalable and robust CRM solutions across multiple modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.). Design and implement scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Collaborate with solution architects to define technical specifications, integrations, and reusable design patterns. Develop custom components including plugins, workflows, web resources, and Azure-based integrations (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps). Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through established development standards and code reviews. Manage and mentor a team of developers by assigning tasks, guiding best practices, and fostering technical growth. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. Maintain and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for CRM solutions. Actively participate in UAT support, go-live deployments, and post-implementation reviews. Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 product updates, new features, and industry best practices.Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and familiarity with the D365 SDK. Proven experience developing and deploying components using the Microsoft Power Platform. Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs. In-depth understanding of the D365 CRM data model, security model, and solution management. Demonstrated experience in integrating D365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, portals, third-party APIs). Experience with DevOps, version control systems (Azure DevOps, Git), and automated deployment pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, MB-600, PL-200, or legacy CRM certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules or ERP solutions (e.g., D365 Finance and Operations). Experience with ISV solutions like ClickDimensions, KingswaySoft, etc.
