In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including:

This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team. This position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

Designing and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features to meet business objectivesEnvironment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environmentsTroubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issuesProviding client remote consulting, both functional and technicalUnderstanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findingsAdopting and learning new technologiesWorking and interacting with teams in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 CE systemManaging issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneouslyManaging a team of technical resources

Basic Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline10+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power PlatformProven experience in leading and managing a team of technical resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentStrong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field ServiceProficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalitiesExperience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflowsUnderstanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systemsCertification in Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementFluent in English both written and verbalProficient in;     .NET (C#)Scripting (Java Script)SQLKingsway’s Soft / Scribe/ BoomiSSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)
