Your Day Consists Of
Administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD in a hybrid environmentDesigning, implementing, and managing PKI infrastructure and domain services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)Automating workflows using PowerShell and DevOps principles to eliminate manual tasks and boost scalabilityLeading the configuration and customization of SharePoint Online, from site collections to workflowsCollaborating with cross-functional teams on compliance, troubleshooting, and incident resolutionCreating and maintaining thorough documentation for processes, systems, and technical proceduresYou’ll Be Supported With

10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ focused on Microsoft 365, managing domains and related identity servicesDeep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid domain environmentsStrong PowerShell skills for infrastructure work – bonus points for other tools like Terraform, Ansible, or PuppetHands-on experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate lifecycle managementA Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) and experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Intune (preferred)A strong efficiency mindset and the ability to own both domain admin and SharePoint admin workNote: this role will ramp-up in at our Store Support Center, then transition to hybrid (where you’ll collaborate in-person twice a month).
