WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provide technical leadership and expertise for Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Power PlatformPartner with Information Security to design and implement robust cloud security and governance controlsSpearhead standardization initiatives across Scripps business units and drive adoption of collaborative technologiesDrive AI integration strategies to enhance our collaborative platformsDesign innovative solutions alongside business stakeholders on our technology platformsOptimize system performance through proactive monitoring and performance tuning
 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience8+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsSecurity & Governance Proficiency with Entra ID, Purview, and DefenderProven ability to develop PowerShell scripts for automation, provisioning, and reportingEmail security expertise including gateway management and brand reputationExperience with platform migrations between Microsoft 365 and other collaborative platformsExperience deploying and managing AI servicesStrong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challengesCommunication: Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
