Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. Summary: This role is crucial for supporting a pilot program of Microsoft 365 Copilot for our executive team. The ideal candidate will be onsite, providing expert guidance and support to end users, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of Copilot and related agents. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary onsite resource for all Microsoft 365 Copilot-related queries and issues * Provide hands-on support and training to executives and end users, ensuring they can effectively use Copilot and its features * Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand user requirements and tailor Copilot functionalities to meet those needs * Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Copilot * Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other tools * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting tips * Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Copilot and proactively share this knowledge with the team * Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement necessary changes * Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of the Copilot pilot program
