We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Analyst based in Glasgow to enhance our collaboration platforms and support over 7,000 users globally by delivering robust, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, etc.)Deliver 2nd/3rd line support for 7,000+ users globally in an SLA-driven environmentCollaborate on service improvements aligned with the M365 roadmapSupport secure, compliant, and cost-effective M365 solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation and standard operating proceduresProvide training and guidance to IT and business usersEngage with stakeholders across global teams and external vendorsYou’ll have the following skills and experience:
