Responsibilities Make an impact Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform etc.) Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements Design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services Provide training and support to end users on Microsoft 365 tools and features Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage Share knowledge within the IT department proactively through knowledge sharing and the creation of knowledge base articles Manage, execute, or support IT projects when required Support audits and certifications (TISAX, ISO27001, and others) Define and enforce department operating policies, procedures, and budget Adhere to corporate policies and procedure and legal requirements Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or combined equivalent in education and experience 3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online/MS Teams/ Power Platform etc. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks Basic knowledge of EntraID, M365 Security & Compliance and other basic IT Infrastructure services Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects and other responsibilities Ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly to ensure smooth operations Nice to have: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
