In one sentence

Develops, modifies and/or maintains software systems. Works independently on one or more specific Microservices within a large software system scope and can tackle more complex tasks and is proficient in the expected competencies and knowledge. 

 

What will your job look like? Develop or modify software code according to technical design specifications. Follows software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes at user story level. All based on microservices architecture. Investigates issues by reviewing/debugging code, to provide fixes and release packages when it is needed. Analysis of requirement documents/High Level Designs. Performs impact assessment and contributes to Root Cause Analysis of issues and outlines corrective actions. Assumes technical accountability for his/her specific work products within an application and provides technical support during solution design for new requirements. Document all changes done every development cycle. Actively searches for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.  Performs code reviews and provides relevant feedback, makes decisions together quickly and effectively and works with cross functional teams to achieve goals. All you need is...  At least 6 years of experience in software developer role. Hands-on experience in working with Microservices, developing and releasing new code. Strong Java knowledge OOP (Java 11+ preferably), Core (Data types, Collections, handling Exceptions, Maps). Working experience in REST services, Spring Boot, NoSQL Database. Fluent English (at least 85% spoken) is required. Nice to have: Version control tools like Git and Bitbucket, best practices like Refactoring and Clean Code, CI & CD (Jenkins), knowledge in cloud technologies such as: K8K, docker, Azure, Kafka (Messaging queue), Helm, Junit, NoSQL databases. Why you will love this job:
