- Enterprise Server environment configuration changes- application of Micro Focus Enterprise Server and Enterprise Developer software updates (Major release, Updates, and Hotfixes)- application software updates for loadlib, JCL, and Control cards in the Enterprise Server region-Working with Micro Focus Supportline for troubleshooting support issues-Execution of Micro Focus diagnostic tools for capturing information used for troubleshooting-creation and maintenance of scripts used to maintain the Enterprise Server region-providing support to application development team, as needed.
