Main Responsibilities: + Develop and implement the site microbiological program, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations. + Oversee the microbiological laboratory, standards, and procedures; qualification of microbiological lab personnel: analysts and advanced analysts. + Ensure compliance with microbiological operational standards and procedures. + Conduct microbiological risk assessments during the Change Control System and Design Review processes. + Ensure regulatory compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the laboratory and manufacturing facilities, as well as other microbiological regulations applicable to the site and its customers.
