This role focuses on driving International Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events \(MICE\) business, with a strong focus on the Americas, UK, and Europe\. You will lead strategic efforts to grow this high\-value segment, leveraging Hilton’s global network and your own industry relationships to secure future and repeat business for the hotel\. + Proactively generate new business through activities such as sales calls, roadshows, and market visits, particularly across the USA, UK, and EU + Manage inbound international MICE leads and Hilton Worldwide Sales referrals, overseeing the full sales cycle from enquiry to conversion + Build strong, lasting relationships with MICE agencies, DMCs, and corporate planners in the luxury and incentive sectors + Represent Conrad Dublin at international tradeshows, FAM trips, client events, and industry networking functions + Analyse market trends to inform sales strategy and optimise revenue opportunities + Collaborate with Events, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of a five\-star guest experience + Track ROI and production by segment and market, providing accurate and timely reports for the Director of Sales, including activity logs, appointments, and leads + Negotiate and close large\-scale group contracts, balancing client needs with commercial objectives + Embrace flexible working hours to accommodate international travel and time zone differences **The ideal candidate should have** + Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Commitment to delivering a highest level of customer service, expected from a luxury brand + A strategic, proactive mindset and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations + Experience in a MICE sales role with a proven track record in a luxury hotel environment + Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis **Job:** _Sales_ **Title:** _MICE Sales Manager_ **Location:** _null_ **Requisition ID:** _HOT0BP6Y_ **EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans**
