Currently, we are thrilled to welcome a new **MICE Sales Executive** to join and continue with us in our significant journey.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development MICE clients which in turn maximizes hotel revenue and profitability.
**Implementation of Standards**
To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, and properly handling confirmed groups over the Event Planning Team.
To maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Hyatt’s Policies & Procedures.
**Customer Service**
Together with your MICE Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads.
Where required, to handle last-minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event.
To undertake telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required.
To follow the Hyatt Standards in relation to the conversion of MICE leads.
To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
To actively listen and effectively identify appropriate messages and delivery methods to clients.
To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.
**Profitability**
To meet your designated revenue targets.
To proactively find and confirm new leads within the MICE segments.
To continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits by cross-selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services.
**Sales and Marketing**
To fully utilize the correct photography, presentation material and approved selling phrases for all forms of client presentations.

**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 2 years work experience in MICE and/or Events Sales within the hotel industry
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
