Beacon Hill Staffing Group is assisting a leading litigation boutique in Miami in its search for a Litigation Associate to support the firm's insurance defense and construction litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

1+ years of litigation experience and be in good standing with the Florida Bar

Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery

Prior experience taking and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, mediations, and preparing for trial

Background in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense (construction defect experience strongly preferred)
