We’re united by purpose, inspired by you. **About the Role:** We are seeking a Manager of Product Management to fill a critical execution role. You will lead a team of product managers from multiple geographies that have subject matter expertise in UKG products and best practices. You will be considered the go-to person in this area, to innovate and develop offerings/solutions for unique and complex issues. You will lead large initiatives with substantial risk, visibility, and complexity, developing the strategy as well as responsibility for the execution of the product roadmap with minimal guidance, all while influencing key decision-makers. **Key Responsibilities:** **Product Strategy and Roadmap** • Expert in multiple functional frameworks used by domain teams across the product portfolio. • Define strategy to ensure successful product delivery in one or many domains. • Define outcomes to a corresponding roadmap that meets business commitments. • Provide team oversight to translate the roadmap into actionable work within an agile development environment. • Willingness and experience implementing processes that will enable high performing teams including agile **Cross-Functional Team Leadership** • Work closely with engineering counterparts to create roadmaps based on capacity. • Develop creative solutions to problems often thinking beyond their designated sub-stream and make joint commitments on deliverables. • Continuously work the roadmap to meet roadmap commitments. • Greenfield project requiring experience is cross team collaboration and negotiation • Update management on progress toward commitments and escalate risks to the roadmap. **Adaptability And Management** • Proactively manage shifts and changes necessary to meet commitments, make recommendations to management when additional guidance is needed. • Comfortable with the unknown and counsels team members on the skills to pivot and shift as demands of the business and/or market change necessitating changes to the roadmap. **Customer And Leadership Engagement** • Has frequent conversations with customers, both internal and external, to understand their challenges and uncover problems to be solved. • Establish processes around Customer Advisory Boards or continual engagement with customers • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, customers, development teams, and cross-functional groups. • Articulate the value of solutions and understand how this impacts UKG bottom line through revenue, CSAT, etc. **Complex Issue Resolution and Process Improvement** • Anticipate potential issues or problems, anticipate potential objections and influences the direction of conversations to get to effective outcomes. • Solve complex issues by identifying or developing innovative solutions that may set a precedent. • Participates in the evolution of processes and procedures to continue to improve organizational effectiveness. • Able to drive solutions through influence without authority. • Independently conduct market research, customer analysis, feature proposals, and story breakdown and writing as needed for execution. **Qualifications:** • 5-7+ years of agile software product management experience to include 1 or more years in a people management role. • Experience in SaaS application software development from the client-level to common components (design language systems). • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate market feedback into successful product initiatives and revenue growth • Experience working closely with development teams and demonstrated strong product management and business acumen. • Experience working collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive to results. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Strong communication and proven presentation skills • A passion for multi-tasking • Previous history in mentorship roles • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Able to interact at all organizational levels **Where we’re going** UKG is on the cusp of something truly special. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
