Mgr IT Quality Engineering
**Role Purpose:** Lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle including analysing, coding, debugging and documenting software; mentor and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. **Your Day to Day:** + Mentor and support the quality engineering team to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to corporate performance standards. + Guide technical and architectural decisions, establishing development standards and maintaining code quality aligned with best practices. + Build and maintain strong relationships with product teams to address quality issues, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction. + Balance hands-on development with managerial duties, ensuring up-to-date documentation and adherence to agile methodologies. + Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across quality engineering processes. **What We Need From You:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in quality engineering, including 3+ years in Agile environments. + Proven experience as a hands-on quality engineering manager or team lead. + Collaborative work with product development, technology, and architecture teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. + Skilled in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality engineering strategies to ensure product excellence. + Experience supporting new product development and launches, with ISTQB or CQE certifications preferred. **Location –** Atlanta GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office) The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).
