TE Connectivity’s Engineering Managers provide leadership for cross functional engineering teams. They work with senior management to define technical road maps aligned with market directions and communicate across other Business Units to share applicable technology. Our Engineering Managers leverage TE global technology to increase competitive position and increased value to our customers. They identify relevant technology trends and opportunities, develop relationships and partnerships with key customers, industry leaders and core suppliers, define and manage IP strategy, assess talent and implement development plans to assure succession planning and organization capability

 

【仕事内容】
Japan/ASEANリージョンを管轄するEngineering部門において、以下業務を管理、実行します。
・ AUT業界向けクライアント向けコネクタ製品の先行開発、新規開発、仕様変更等の事業戦略、事業企画
・ 当部門のFinanceデータの分析、集計（予算策定、予算管理、コスト管理、フォーキャスト分析、収益性等管理会計関連業務）
・ 開発進捗、状況分析、改善案の提示
・ Mgmt向け経営指標データの分析、集計、管理
・ Mgmt向け状況分析、報告、改善戦略の提示

What your background should look like:

<必須条件>
・ 製造業において事業戦略、事業企画、経営企画、企画開発、社長室等での経験
・ 進捗管理、データ分析・集計、Mgmt向け資料作成、提案
・ 財務、管理会計等のFinanceの知見
・ Excel上級

< 歓迎条件>
・ 自動車業界または車載電子部品メーカー（Tier1,2）にて管理会計のご経験をお持ちの?
・ コンサルタント業等にて、経営指標・財務指標の分析経験のある方
・ マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・ 海外とのコミュニケーションが取れる方
