Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in related field. + 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred: 3 years of experience managing people. 3 years of experience with HR Compliance, employment law or employee relations. At UCHealth, We Improve Lives Summary:Manages the daily operations of the HR Compliance function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day operations of the HR Compliance team. + Advise on questions about policies and procedures, escalating when necessary. + Assist in insuring adherence to existing employment laws, regulations and internal policies including organizational education on key compliance topics. + Escalate complex or high-risk issues to Director HR Compliance and/or Legal when necessary. + Assist the Director HR Compliance in managing the administration of the organization's Workers' Compensation program. + Oversee the review of Integrity Helpline reports and provide necessary feedback and education to those investigating. + Advise on Employer Relations issues and provide regular education on key topics.
