\nThe Manager for Capacity Based Medicine (Clinic Operations Manager 2) coordinates activities for physician groups across the Greater Austin Region. This ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nManages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.\nCoordinates site coverage to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner for Medical Group teams that cover 24/7 hospital needs.\nDevelops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.\nCoordinates accounts receivable management to ensure maximum reimbursement.\nCommunicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.\nProvides information to physicians, community groups and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.\nInvestigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.\nManages/Creates complex regional schedules.\n\nKey Success Factors
