analyzing Institute and Service Line contribution margins across HHC identifying trends and providing insights for potential cost reductions and margin improvements Partners with leaders in institutes strategy finance and clinical departments to understand their analytical needs and build reports and dashboards to meet those needs Educates leaders clinicians and analysts to understand contribution margin concepts and interpret information within dashboards and reportsPosition ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibilitymiddot Lead team in the analysis of contribution margins across HHC and the development of dashboards and reports in the Decision Support system that provide status of key metrics and root cause analysis of changes in margins cost and revenue for institutes service lines and other clinical populationsmiddot Build relationships with key stakeholders institutes regions medical group finance and others to ensure the departmentrsquos analytics and reporting goals continue to be aligned with clinical and financial operationsmiddot Manage team to ensure high performance Mentor staff to develop more insightful dashboards and reports that continue to meet HHCrsquos growing and evolving needs Establish standards for high quality and efficient work with a high level of customer satisfactionmiddot Ensure staff has training and resources to efficiently and effectively build dashboards and reports and fully understand the underlying data middot Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of Decision Support software features used for reporting including patient
