**Position Summary**
The ideal candidate combines experience analyzing the use of consumer-grade software products for clinical users with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You'll use data analysis techniques and tools to help drive informed business decisions across the organization, identify patterns and trends, and optimize processes. As part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to think creatively and explore new ideas to ensure you are filling the highest value needs of the organization.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Reporting & Insights:** Develop and maintain enterprise-level reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
+ Synthesize data from various sources to inform strategic decision-making across departments.
+ Translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical audiences.
+ **Performance Monitoring & Optimization:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and business growth.
+ Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise initiatives and processes.
+ Collaborate with business units to implement data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
+ **Data Governance & Quality:** Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the enterprise.
+ Work with various teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
+ Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with diverse teams, such as Product and Population Health, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
+ Work closely with the Technical Product team to optimize data analysis and provide guidance on best practices.
+ Facilitate data-driven discussions and promote an analytical mindset throughout the organization.
+ **Exploratory Data Analysis** (ad hoc requests)
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or related field
+ 3+ years, including 1+ years of leading projects or managing directs
+ Knowledge of product management tools
+ Proficient in data collection tools and databases
+ Strong writing and research skills
+ Ability to synthesize data and think critically about a product
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to work under pressure

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
