**Work Place Flexibility:** Onsite **Legal Entity:** Entergy Mississippi, LLC **Job Summary/Purpose** This position is the critical driver in improving overall reliability in each jurisdiction. It has responsibility for the implementation of work management programs and for consistent applications of system programs to ensure all jurisdictions follow system guidance. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** + Promotes partnerships within the state around work order prioritization. + Advocates for the consistent application of priorities of work for maximum resource optimization. Strives to utilize fixed cost Entergy resources to diminish financial impact on capital and operational budget. + Ensures resources across all areas are utilized most efficiently by scheduling them work based on the pre-established priority system. Provides oversight, analysis, and recommendations that impact priorities. + Aligns with the Engineering, Region Operations, Construction, and Reliability groups to develop working financial forecast based upon revenue, mandated, reliability and approved internally identified projects. + Provides leadership and oversight to the Work Management staff and leadership while ensuring employees are trained and efficient in work scheduling and processing. + Provides oversight to the Work Management staff for prioritizing and scheduling to ensure all long cycle work, are scheduled to optimum resource group (Network; CTC). Provides oversight to the Work Management staff for prioritization, coordination, execution and tracking of reliability improvement programs as identified by the Asset Management group and or the Reliability. + Strategically works with SC to address deficiencies in the workforce and if a vendor is needed to supplement the workforce by monitoring workload to schedule workforce according to business needs. + Partners with the Reliability & Asset Management group to effectively schedule administer and execute reliability improvement plans throughout the state. + Implement, review, approve and distribute status report scorecards (PBI reports) that support the Power Delivery organization annual goals (% commits met, man hours report, open work order report, CWIP report etc.) + Support the storm response by performing in the storm role identified by Operations Management. + Supports state operations teams by addressing technology issues and training gaps in Click and Maximo. Serve on various projects and committees to train and improve technology. + Partner with Utility Work Management organization to identify and fix process gaps that impact Power Deliver Operations. + Adjust commit dates temporarily for the state. + Manages Planner/Schedulers and Analyst for the state. + Support storm restoration as Crew Tracking Branch Director. **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum education required of the position** Bachelor’s degree in related field or 10 years or more Utility Operations experience. **Minimum experience required of the position** 10 years’ experience within utility operations. **Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position** + This position is the critical driver in improving overall reliability in each jurisdiction.
