The Manager, Sales, plays a vital role in the success of the organization. The goal of this role is to lead, manage and coach a revenue accountable team that
continuously exceeds its sales objectives. With an emphasis on associate development, the execution of your strategic plan, and ensuring a great partner
experience. The team currently consists of 6 associates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve Cisco revenue targetsRemove obstacles that hinder team success and create a culture of accountabilityProvide coaching, tools, and resources to empower associatesMonitor progress, share results, and celebrate winsCollaborate cross-functionally to align with Cisco’s business cycles and goalsEnsure coverage and responsiveness during Cisco month-end, quarter-end, and year-end—including extended hours and occasional SaturdaysSolutions-oriented leadership: Capable of leading with a focus on providing effective solutions rather than just managing sales teams.Strategic project management: Involvement in strategic projects and change initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the sales function.Customer-facing skills: Ability to meet with partners face-to-face and actively participate in customer and vendor facing sales eventsQualifications

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office per weekExtended Hours: Required during Cisco’s fiscal cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end), including late nights and occasional SaturdaysEducation/Experience: Requires a four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience and 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
