Job Responsibilities:
Main task:
Monitor the program(s) as it progresses, from the start to their completionCoordinating the projects and their interdependencies.Track the individual program(s) according the PDP steps concerning development progressControl the needs for the fulfillment and realization of program(s) with focus on Customer satisfaction.Control how the CFT tasks reflect in the program target, and in given the changing nature of business oversee that all the stakeholder’s in a program communicate effectively.Show support to the program and the mandated team.Focus to achieve Customer Milestones keeping under control program(s) timing with proper escalation when neededReporting to management current status of the programs.Managing the program’s budget for the whole life with funding of planned tasksWorking with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the program(s)Efficient conduct to manage meetings and technical discussions with Customers, suppliers and internal departmentsWillingness for continuous improvement / problem solvingWillingness to travel within EuropeRisk management mindsetFlexibility, and work comfortable even in an uncertain business.Specific knowledge and experience:
Minimum 4-5 years engineering expertise in automotive- respectively supplier sector, ideally within the scope of metal components production and assembly, including min. 2 years in a position related to the coordination of new launches and / or changes managementstrong knowledge of and experience in financeAutomotive Quality principlesHigh degree of self-motivation and ability of autonomous workingGood communication, Conflict resolution, and Leadership SkillsWorking knowledge of APQP / PPAP requirementsWorking knowledge of IATF 16949 requirementsFMEA, QFD, VA/VE, 8DBasics of dimensional metal components and assemblyKnowledge about presentation techniquesMS office, Outlook, MS Project, SAP (optional)Very good Hungarian and English language skillsUnaffected performance under pressure and result-orientedDriving license.
