BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Mgr IT for Mobile Billing Operations you will be responsible for implementing Mobile Billing initiatives that support the strategy and goals of corporation. You will implement IT standards, policies and/or master plan for the IT function, manage the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery, and implement new technological directions along with managing the organization in the deployment.
WHAT OUR IT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
In this role you’ll serve as the primary point-of-contact regarding technical implementation for Mobile Billing service and software clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Mobile Billing clients are adequately supported in all systems and software offered by Charter along with managing the support staff and assisting in making strategic IT decisions.

Required Qualifications
Experience: IT work experience: 3+ years; Project management experience: 1+ years Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experienceAbilities: Learn and support new systems and applications with detailed accuracy; Multi-task, change, and organize priorities in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear, concise yet comprehensive communication material; Communicate effectively and concisely to different levels and businesses; Ability to lead an operations team with a strong focus on SQL supportSkills: Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area; Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders; Analytical with problem solving abilities; decision makingTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience in technical operations and SRE; Project Management; Client server computing; Network Security and Architecture experienceHybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weeklyPreferred Qualifications
