Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to support the Surveillance portfolio of programs in Forest MS to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver increasing value to the customer. Industrial Engineering Managers partner closely with Factory Leaders, Industrial Engineers, Area Transformation Industrial Engineers, and other functions to create predictable manufacturing systems. Industrial Engineers are responsible for Labor Performance Analyses, Process and Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layouts, Factory Simulations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and more. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
