Job Responsibilities:
Position Overview
This position supports Head of Finance and Controlling, Magna China for all monthly consolidating
and reporting, Business analysis and project analysis work as required.
Job Responsibility
Management & Finance Reporting
▪ Review monthly cost centers to ensure accurate capturing of costs and revenues.
▪ Prepare management reports to analyze budget-to-actual variances.
Business Planning & Analysis
• Collaborate with corporate FP&A team to develop the annual business plan and forecast.
• Upload into financial system
China Regional Support
• Prepare monthly regional financial report and charts.
• Coordinate with group FP&A team to develop profitability analysis by project by group.
• Prepare quarterly benchmark analysis with key customers/suppliers.
Ad hoc and other projects
• Analyze data and provide insights for specific business cases.
• Prepare management presentations when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Education
- Professional Accounting Designation including a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience
- 8-10 years’ experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting firm and 5 years' experience in FP&A role with an international company and/or automotive company
Job Role Competence
- Solid accounting knowledge and business analysis skill
- Headquarters costing analysis experience is preferred
- Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity

IT/Language
- Excellent written and oral language skills in both Chinese and English.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO)
