The successful candidate be able to work autonomously with little direct oversight to accomplish work tasks. This is an individual contributor role. This role acts as a partner in EH&S by formulating and administering EH&S plans, procedures, and providing EH&S Program Management, has responsibility for multiple EH&S specialties, may perform tasks associated with Health/Safety and Environmental/Compliance, and coordinates with business partners for EH&S concerns regarding facilities and employee practices. Other responsibilities include organizing and maintaining EH&S policies to achieve and maintain compliance with regulations and will manage relationships across other functions and departments to achieve and maintain compliance with EH&S regulations and RTX requirements. This is an onsite role in Wilson, NC. May be eligible for relocation benefits. **What You Will Do:** + Responsibility for multiple EH&S programs and specialties at the site + Provides direct day to day support of business unit operations + Provides daily Tier 3 support and KPI generation + Collaborates with Operations and other Site Leadership to integrate EH&S performance into site business activities + Organize, maintain, & communicate EH&S policies to ensure compliance with Legal, RTX, & Collins rules and regulations + Support the programs, processes, and procedures to improve the EH&S culture for employees and contractors + Drives EH&S regulatory reporting requirements and recordkeeping activities. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
