MGA International And General Ledger Cost and Inventory Analyst

 

This position is responsible for:

Monitoring intracompany, intercompany, third-party billing activities and scrap sales transactions for U.S./Canada and International locations Appropriately recording and reconciling inventory transactions related to IRF and KD Performing and reviewing month-end accounting close activities, including reviewing and approving journal entries prepared by FCA Services Developing, reviewing and/or approving account reconciliations, through OneStream, for NAFTA and International locations, in accordance with established FCA policies and procedures, as well as SOX controls Working with mainframe inventory control, billing and international costing systems (KD, COSMIC and FAI) to perform required tasks Monitoring the status of open SIR lines and coordinating with FCA Services to promptly resolve outstanding issues Acting as administrator for the systems, or specific modules within the systems, noted above Support Manufacturing and Assembly Cost and Inventory processes as directed Complete Yearly Government Surveys for both US and Canada, working with the Fiat Services team, and inputting the data as needed Supporting process redesign initiatives affecting PSAP, the above systems, and/or other legacy systems and processes, with a bias toward identifying and implementing WRAP cost-saving initiatives Supporting SOX controls, including updating designs, reviewing SOX documentation and performing tests as required Supporting Product Cost Study and costing processes Keeping desktop procedures current and relevant

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience Good working knowledge of accounting principles and SOX controls

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree with CPA or CA preferred Experience with SAP and mainframe systems Experience in Manufacturing, product cost, and process improvement International experience helpful EOE / Disability / Veteran
