Job Description Insight global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MFT Administrator to manage, configure and maintain our secure file transfer systems. This role is critical to ensuring reliable and compliant data exchange across internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:  Administer and maintain the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform  Configure file transfer workflows, user accounts, and partner connections  Monitor file transfer activities and proactively resolve issues or failures  Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integration and onboarding  Respond to incidents, service requests, and change tickets related to MFT  Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or platform-native tools  Participate in major incident response and root cause analysis when required We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience in MFT administration or related IT operations role  Hands-on experience with MFT platforms and ability to configure and provide product support within the platform  Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS)  Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell)  Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and authentication mechanisms  Experience in a support environment with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
