You will report directly to our Sr Op Ex Specialist Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing process, leading initiatives that enhance performance and quality. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing support activities to ensure production targets are met. Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance workflow. **YOU MUST HAVE** 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational excellence methodologies. Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation. Familiarity Data analysis tools. Ability to lead teams and drive change effectively Experienced working with multidisciplinary teams Excellent English communication skills Problem solving skills **WE VALUE** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Valida Visa is desired Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
