Introduction
We are seeking an CNS Mexico Supply Chain Head to join our Mexico team. You will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused outcomes that support both global product line strategy and regional business growth.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.
Team you belong to
You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions for the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of Metso’s CNS Supply Chain operations in Mexico, currently including the Rubber Mixing Facility, Rubber Manufacturing Facility, and Screen Media Facility.
What you’ll do:
• Lead the integrated strategy for all CNS Supply Chain operations in Mexico.
• Align regional goals with global strategies, ensuring performance excellence across all facilities.
• Own the full P&L, with a sharp focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• Drive operational efficiency through lean processes, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Reduce lead times and increase efficiency across procurement, production, and order fulfillment.
• Strengthen inventory control and vendor relationships to enhance sustainability and mitigate risk.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, customers, local authorities, and industry associations.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including capacity expansion, tech deployment, and digitalisation.
• Champion change management that supports business growth with minimal disruption
